The CT cutting table offers increased productivity and accuracy when compared to the MT cutting table. It is more versatile and offers push button operation for the clamping bar and cutting system. CT cutting tables are available in three width sizes and can be equipped with several cutting systems. The CT cutting table is a perfect solution for cutting low or medium volume of made-to-measure panels with frequent roll changes.
The VX Table has a net working area of 350 x 500 cm or 350 x 700 cm and is equipped with a tangential controlled round blade cutter. The high performance technology guarantees a very high speed and positioning accuracy. The fabric is pulled to the table automatically from the cradle by the pneumatic controlled pulling system on the gantry. The gantry is equipped with the cutting head, a point laser and a fabric clamping system in cross direction.
After the fabric is pulled on the table, the length cuts will be carried out first while the fabric is still attached to the roll. When these cuts are finished, the machine continues with carrying out the cross cuts.
The standard software package enables the operator to program the size and number of panels or samples with help of a high resolution 12” TFT touch screen. Optionally the cutter can be equipped with an advanced software package for nesting and remnant management and order import by barcode or PC.
The MT type cutting table is a low-cost, manually-operated cutting table that can be used for cutting technical textiles or other fabrics to make made-to-measure products, such as awnings, technical fabrics, roller blinds, and so on. The table features a fixed, three-roll unwinding cradle, a carriage-mounted cutting system, and a single-sided clamping bar. Squaring the panels is done using a side stop and the T-bar length stop.
The cutting table is equipped with the ASCO C-track cutting system, and can be fitted with a rotating knife or ultrasonic. The carriage can be removed from the track easily, so it can be exchanged to use different cutters in the same track. A single-sided, pneumatic clamping bar is built onto the table to fix the fabric during cutting. Optionally, the MT cutting table is also available with a rotating or ultrasonic cutter for making length cuts exactly perpendicular to the cross cut.
The BX cutting table, cuts rectangular shapes such as panel blinds, roller blinds and screens in two axis by using a single bridge. The bridge is equipped with a dual cutting system and the fabric is kept in position by using a belt clamping system for both directions. It is possible to select ultrasonic cutters (with different cutting angles), round razor knife, or crush knife. Cutting is done on a (tempered) glass sheet of maximum 3.2m x 6m size. The table is open from 3 sides for easy access.
The BX cutting table can be supplied with a fully automatic roll storage system that has a loading and winding off system, and uses optimization software. This software allows the machine to combine multiple jobs by using nesting functions to optimize fabric usage. The software is customized to the customers’ production requirements, after which the system can automatically produce a complete job queue (this could be a full day production). A special software package enables the operator to re-optimize the cut plan while taking the defects in account. All the operator has to do is to remove the cut panels. The software also has remnant usage functions, minimizing scrap even further.
Due to the cost effective single bridge solution customers have the advantage of having a CNC solution that avoids turning around the fabric manually and having the possibility to use nesting software.
The CNC-controlled marking table (or plotter) is used for fast and accurate marking of roman blinds or other fabrics. The marking is done with dots of ultra-violet or sublimating ink. It is also possible to use a marking pen, but this is a slower process. Optionally, the marking table can be supplied with modeling software for roman blinds, or other products or shapes.
Use our CR100 rotating knife cutter for manual cutting. The CR100 features a pistol-like grip for comfortable operation and has a smooth glide foot to slide under the fabrics easily. Other blade types are available to exchange standard round blade if needed. The rotating knife cutter is suitable for most fabrics.
Low cost alternative for the dual axis CNC controlled ultrasonic cutting tables. Equipped with a single cutting axis with both an ultrasonic cutter and a crush cutter for cutting rectangular panels such as for cutting panel blinds, roller blinds and screens. The cutting axis moves over the table to cut pre-programmed panels from the roll. After the first cross cut, each panel is turned 90° by hand, and the blind or screen is then cut to size automatically.
The cutting axis is equipped with a single sided clamping system to clamp the fabric during cutting. Cutting is done on a hardened glass sheet with a maximum dimension of 4x8m. Optionally, the cutting area can be increased by using multiple glass sheets. The software will determine where to cut and will not cut on the seams between the glass sheets.
