Roll buffer tables are an ergonomic, semi-automatic and automatic solution for changing (heavy) rolls on automatic cutting machines. Rolls are loaded on a table manually or with a lifting device such as the ASCO Giraffe. The rolls are then automatically transferred to the cutting table with a roll changing system. The previous or empty roll is returned to a lower level of the table. The buffer table holds multiple rolls, allowing work on the cutting table to continue unhindered. A roll buffer system is always built to customer requirements. Therefore many options and possibilities are available.
