The Tango rewinding, inspection and cutting machine can be used for rolls of all kinds of fabrics, such as decorating textiles, fabrics for clothing industry, knitted fabrics and many more. Optionally available for wide fabrics is a roll to zig-zag stacking solution to ship in a cardboard box instead of an expensive oversized shipment of the wide fabrics on a roll.

The Tango has a modular design concept, which is ideal for a flexible setup, specified for your needs. At the base the Tango is equipped with a stable welded steel frame with 4 adjustable machine feet. Unwinding the rolls of fabric is done via the cradle (accessible with the ASCO Giraffe Roll Lift). Thanks to the edge control (optional), the fabric is always aligned across the inspection table and onto the new roll for winding up. Variable speed control allows for adjustable winding speed, acceleration and braking.
